HOW TO RETAIN SENIOR RESOURCES?

Retention is not only a factor of organizational policy or strategy. It is a combination of individual aspirations and how that fits with organizational processes. To retain senior persons, it is important to show them ‘value of their contribution’. Mere perks and package does not help retain senior guys.

Start up organizations will have to ‘demonstrate’ how this enhances their potential growth, visibility and value in the market place.
