Outsourcing HR at the initial stage is a far more desirable than at a later stage. It has to be viewed as value vs cost. Trained and experienced people professionals could bring high value people policies and practices that could help an entrepreneur define organizational values early. This will ensure that values and culture start taking shape early in the organizational life cycle and make it easier for new joinees to identify with these values before make the call of joining it and adapting is easier.
